Home Remedies for Acidity


If you have acidity, come and find out what to do. 

  • Soak the bark of neem in water for a few hours and select it from the cloth or the selected material to make it acidic. 
  • After eating, sprinkle salt or black pepper on the radish pieces If you are suffering from acidity, eat cloves, you will get immediate relief. 
  • After eating, a little sugary food relieves acidity. 
  •  Chewing soup also gives relief when there is acidity. 
  •  Adding raisins to the milk and boiling it reduces the acidity of the food. 
  • Drinking hot water on an empty stomach in the morning also reduces acidity. 
  • Adding lemon juice to water reduces acidity and reduces stomach and chest burns due to acidity. 
  •  Peppermint juice is good for regular meals. 
  •  Chewing basil leaves relieves acidity. 
  •  Adding honey and ginger juice to lemon juice calms stomach irritation caused by acidity.
