Eat before getting hungry
When we feel hunger than we eat a lot. Eating more leads to a problem as well as pain. while we get thirsty, then we feel like to drink too much water. To drink a little amount of water from time to time is good.

Eat little by little
Remember for eating time tho you can eat quietly chewed. Eat little by little, it makes it easy on digestion. Hastily eating is harmful.

Eat for the stomach, not for an eye
Seeing some tasty food, lots of people prefer to eat a lot. Do not add more fat for feeding baby food. Eat healthy food.

Avoid beverage which contains more calorie
Avoid the drinking habit of cold drinks because it contains a high amount of calories. Soda and packed juice are not right for health. Instead, drink plenty of water.

Morning Breakfast
Don't forget to have morning breakfast. The body receives energy form breakfast, it gives energy for the day.

Eat fruits and green vegetables
Green vegetables contain calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, and vitamin A, C which makes it easy for blood circulation. To eat Spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, Chinese cabbage more beneficial. 
Eat Fish: Two meals a week provide energy to the body.

Avoid chicken meat as you can
We think by eating chicken meat we get energy but it is wrong. Chicken meat is not easy digestion. If you are hobbyists of chicken meat than, eating chicken as BBQ barbecues are good.
