Police have arrested two persons on Tuesday from the Cyber Bureau Bhotaiti for allegedly sexually harassing and harassing a woman.
Among the arrested is Aslam Ansari, 36, of Makwanpur Hetauda Sub-Metropolis-4, Parijat Path, and Rolak Bahadur Thapa, 20, of Chapagaun, Lalitpur Godavari Municipality-11. Aslam was arrested from Hetauda and Rolak Bahadur from Lalitpur with the help of the District Police Office, Makwanpur.
Aslam also uploaded a half-naked, nude photo and video of his female friend from Makwanpur, Bangkok, Thailand, to a porn site via fake ID and e-mail, and demanded डलर 1,098 to remove the photos and videos from the site, blackmailing and sexually harassing her. It has been revealed that he has done extortion and harassment.
The investigation has also revealed that Rolak used fake IDs on Facebook to send sexually explicit messages and pictures to relatives and close friends, posting obscene material and insulting them. The bureau said that further investigation is underway on the arrested persons.
