Date and Schedule:

The examination is scheduled to take place on February 19, 2024 (2080.11.7). Candidates must adhere to the specific date, time, and shift assigned to them based on their Application No (Registration Number). Candidates must be present at the exam center two hours before the designated time for Bio-Metric verification. Failure to attend the exam on the scheduled date, time, and shift, accompanied by the necessary documents (full passport and admit card), will result in disqualification from the examination.

Venue:

The examination will be held at the National Vocational Training Institute, located at the Bhaisepati premises UBT Building, Lalitpur.

Rules and Regulations:

Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, electric dictionaries, smartwatches, and any other electronic communication devices are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.

Cheating Policy: Any form of cheating, copying, or engaging in other undesirable activities during the examination will result in immediate cancellation of the examination. Offenders will also face a ban on participating in the examination for up to four years.

Orientation: An orientation session will be conducted in the exam hall one hour before the scheduled exam time. Attendance at the orientation session is mandatory, and candidates must undergo Bio-Metric verification during this session. Failure to attend the orientation session at the appointed time will result in disqualification from the exam.

Bio-Metric Verification: Candidates must undergo Bio-Metric registration (Finger Print Registration) at the office located in Gwarko one day before the examination date according to their assigned shift. On the day of the examination, Bio-Metric verification will be conducted at the Bio-Metric Examination Center (UBT Building), Bhaisepati.
